Pastor Premasis Satman’s Mission Trip to Malaysia: A Journey of Faith, Fellowship, and Learning

Pastor Premasis Satman, along with Pastor Sandeep Gunda, embarked on a transformative mission trip to Malaysia, where they attended the Planetshakers RAIN Conference, visited vibrant cultural landmarks, and connected with Christian leaders. The journey was filled with inspiring moments of worship, learning, and exploration, strengthening their commitment to Kingdom work.
Planetshakers RAIN Conference: A Spiritual Awakening

One of the trip’s highlights was the Planetshakers RAIN Conference, a powerful gathering of believers passionate about worship and revival. The conference featured dynamic sessions led by the Planetshakers team, known worldwide for their spirit-filled music and messages. Pastor Premasis participated in two special workshops:
1. Responsibility of Church & Business Leaders – Discussing how church and business leaders can work together to advance God’s Kingdom.
2. Sound & Media Management in Church – Focusing on professional sound setup, mixing techniques, and enhancing worship experiences through effective media management.
The teachings, worship, and networking opportunities at the conference energized Pastor Premasis to use his talents for Kingdom expansion, emphasizing that sharing God’s love should be a lifestyle for all believers.
A Memorable Visit to KingdomCity Church

During his visit, Pastor Premasis also attended KingdomCity Church, a vibrant, multi-campus global church with a strong presence in Malaysia. Founded in 2006 by Pastor Mark Varughese, KingdomCity has expanded into multiple countries, bringing revival through passionate worship and biblical teachings. The church’s current leadership continues to foster a welcoming atmosphere, making it a home for believers from all backgrounds.
While at KingdomCity, Pastor Premasis met fellow believers, shared testimonies, and engaged in prayer sessions. The love and hospitality of the church community left a lasting impact on him.
Exploring the Beauty of Kuala Lumpur
Beyond ministry work, Pastor Premasis and Pastor Sandeep took time to explore the rich culture and heritage of Kuala Lumpur, guided by Brother Anil, who made their journey seamless. Some key highlights included:

• Chinese Festival – Witnessing the vibrant celebrations, lantern displays, and traditional performances that showcased the deep-rooted cultural heritage of the Chinese community in Malaysia.

• Petronas Twin Towers – Standing at 451.9 meters, these architectural marvels symbolize Malaysia’s progress and innovation.

• Hyderabad Biryani Palace – A taste of home! The restaurant serves authentic Hyderabadi biryani, bringing familiar flavors to the heart of Malaysia.

• Batu Caves – A stunning limestone hill featuring Hindu temples and large caves, an iconic pilgrimage site and tourist attraction.

• Little India – A bustling area filled with Indian shops, street food, and cultural elements that reminded Pastor Premasis of the lively markets in India.

A Heartfelt Thanks
Pastor Premasis expressed gratitude to Mr. Anil, an entrepreneur who generously guided them around the city and ensured their comfort. He also extended special thanks to Brother Joshua Lee, who hosted him at his home, providing warm hospitality and meaningful fellowship.

Final Reflections
Reflecting on his trip, Pastor Premasis shared how Malaysia’s diversity and orderliness left a deep impression on him. He noted:
1. The harmony between Malays, Chinese, and Indians is inspiring, as they share food, culture, and festivals with unity.
2. Law and order are well-maintained, making it a very safe place to explore.
3. Civic discipline is strong—people maintain queues at ATMs, counters, and pedestrian crossings, even with only a few people waiting.
With renewed vision and spiritual strength, Pastor Premasis Satman returns with a greater commitment to spreading the Gospel and empowering churches through worship, leadership, and media excellence.
