Asking With Confidence
What do you want Me to do for you?
— Mark 10:51
Have you ever wondered how God wants to bless you? Do you truly believe He is ready and willing to fulfill your desires? Just like Blind Bartimaeus, who called out to Jesus and received a life-changing miracle, Jesus is asking you today, "What do you want Me to do for you?" (Mark 10:51).
In John 15:7, Jesus promises that if you abide in Him and let His words dwell in you, you can ask for whatever you desire, and it will be done for you. Isn't that incredible? Jesus wants to grant your heartfelt requests, and He has given you the power of prayer to access His abundant blessings.
But perhaps religion, guilt, or fear have robbed you of your expectation. Maybe you've doubted whether God truly hears your prayers or if He's willing to answer them. Let me assure you that God's love for you is boundless, and He desires to exceed your expectations. Ephesians 3:20 reminds us that God can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or even think, according to the power that works within us.
So, my friend, what do you want God to do for you? Dare to dream big and believe that He is more than able to make it happen. Trust that He is a loving Father who longs to bless you and pour His goodness upon your life.
Today, let your faith arise and let expectation fill your heart. God is listening, and He is ready to answer your prayers. Trust in His promises, hold on to His word and watch as He exceeds your wildest dreams. With God, nothing is impossible!
PRAYER
Father, thank You that I can ask boldly, knowing You are willing and able. I trust Your love and expect great things because nothing is impossible with You.
Amen
