Healing Within You

Have you ever thought about how Jesus always did what He saw God doing? It's like when you imitate someone you admire, right? That verse from John we just looked at? It means that everything Jesus did was like looking in a God-sized mirror. And one big thing Jesus kept doing? Healing people! The Bible is packed with verses like, "healed all that were sick" (Matt. 8:16). Now, I get it. We all wish we could've met Jesus in person to get that miracle touch. But think about it: Would you want to push through massive crowds, hoping for a touch?

But here's the twist: you don't need to! Why? Because when Jesus rose from the dead, He did something epic. He made a home inside of everyone who believes in Him. Yeah, you heard right! It's like having VIP backstage access without the crowds. Verses like Gal. 4:6 and Col. 1:27 remind us that He lives in us, touching our lives every moment. Isn't that great?

So, if Jesus is the healing dude and He's in you, guess what? Healing's in you too! It's not about waiting for something external to happen. Healing's already there, thanks to Jesus living in you, and powered up by the Holy Spirit (Rom. 8:11). So, today, why not change your mindset? Recognize the power within and trust in the healing Jesus has placed inside you. Cool, right?
