Nobody Can Reverse God's Blessing Except You
Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it.
— Numbers 23:20
There is a man in the Bible who got paid to curse God's people and physically could not do it. Balaam opened his mouth to speak against them and blessing came out instead.
Numbers 23:20 says, "Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it." He is admitting it out loud. God had blessed them, and the man being paid to undo it had no power to touch it.
Here is why. Numbers 23:19 says, "God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?" God does not quietly change His mind about what He has given you. No enemy, no boss, no relative with opinions gets a vote on it.
So can anything stop it. Yes, and it is not the devil. Fear and unbelief in you sit on top of the blessing like a lid. God did not withdraw anything. Faith is simply how you receive what He already released.
That looks pretty ordinary in real life. It is not applying for the role because you already decided you will not get it. It is the idea that has been sitting in your notes app for two years because someone might laugh at it. The Holy Spirit is not asking you to work up courage from nowhere. He is asking you to agree with what God has already said about you, and then move.
God finished His side of this. The blessing is not pending approval, it is standing there waiting for you to stop guarding yourself against it.
PRAYER
Father, thank You that what You have blessed cannot be reversed by anyone. I am not waiting on Your decision, You already made it. Holy Spirit, show me where fear has been sitting on top of what You gave me. Give me the nerve to take one step today that I have been avoiding. I receive this by faith. Amen
Amen
